Conference Volunteer

Are you ready to play a key role in the success of the 2024 TCA Annual Conference? We’re seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join us for this incredible event! The conference will be held from November 22-24, 2024, at the Embassy Suites in Franklin, TN, and we need dedicated team members to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Volunteer Benefits:

• Early Bird Registration Rate: Volunteers who have not yet registered for the conference will receive the discounted rate!
• $25 Stipend upon completion of your volunteer duties.

Volunteer Commitment:
Volunteers will need to commit to one full day of service at the conference.

Roles Available:

1. Room Host: Greet attendees, answer questions, and assist with CE registration.
2. Registration Table: Help attendees check in and distribute conference materials.
3. Legislation and Policy Committee Table: Assist with table operations and answer questions.
4. Photography: Capture special conference moments (experience preferred).
5. Runner: Guide attendees, run errands, and help wherever needed.

6. Filler: Step in to assist in various roles as needed.
